Tretinoin

In the Obagi NuDerm Skin Health Restoration program, a tretinoin preparation
is chosen and prescribed by the physician. A concentration of 0.05%
or 0.1% in a cream formulation is recommended. The
Nu Derm program complements tretinoin by coordinating its use with other
system ingredients, such as hydroquinone,m AHAs, phytic acid, and certain
saponins such as Complex 272.

Blender

Obagi Blender contains a specific formulation of 4% hydroquinone and
an activating base that is suitable to mix with tretinoin to complement
tretinoin activity and provide blending along with stimulation.
Blender must be mixed with tretinoin in specified proportions and
used following the application of Clear.
Mix Blender with prescribed amount of tretinoin. Apply mixture evenly
to the entire face, including the eyelids extending to the hairline,
over the ears and ending with a feathering motion from the jawline
down the neck.
