I am in the peeling stage now, but I notice that underneath the peel I still see a few darks spots. Will the dark spots go away.

Also, after the peel do I still use all of the products.

Yes the dark spots will go away but it is going to take time.  Hyperpigmentation / brown spots are deep in the skin and very difficult to get rid of.  Your skin must slowly exfoliate so that brand new skin will come to the surface after a few skin cell cycles the new skin will no longer have brown spots.  If you are prone to brown spots you will need to stay on the Clear Blender and Sunfader for at least three times a week.  These Rx drugs help to suppress the melanocytes so that you do not have future outbreaks of hyperpigmentation
