I began using Obagi about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I'm in the beginning peeling stage now. Is there anything to help get the old, dry, flaking skin off, such as a face exfoliating sponge or is it best just to let the Obagi products do their thing? Also, just want to make sure that the products are okay to use on the delicate under eye area. This is where I seem to be reacting the most.
Thanks.

| Just let obagi work. I used peels the first time I used the system and think I damaged some of skin underneath(broken caps). The peeling will subside eventually.

| So should you not use glycolic acid peels? I was told they help speed up the process, but I'm afraid my skin may be too sensitive for it. Thanks in advance!

| I really would not. I am starting obagi again, I realized the mistakes I made were having peels and facials. Once you get to the maintenance system your skin will be adjusted. You may want to consult with doctor. I know they do a blue peel before using system .
