Dark circles under the eyes are known to be signs of stress, lack of sleep, fatigue, malnutrition, allergies etc. They can have an enormous effect on your appearance. Luckily you can easily make them disappear naturally or by applying some some ingredients or products to the affected area.

The easiest and healthiest ways to remove dark circles would be by getting plenty of sleep, rest, increasing your water intake at least 8 glasses of water a day & last but not least eating well.

Sometimes applying natural products like cooled tea bags & sliced cucumbers can help reduced the puffiness

Home remedies include:
1. Cucumbers. Keep a slice on each eye for 15 minutes. Cotton squares soaked in cucumber juice will work even better. This will relieve puffiness under your eyes after long tiring days.
2. Potato slices. These also give the same effect cucumbers will.
3. Vitamin E. Break open a vitamin E capsule and apply under each eye. Gently cleanse after 30 minutes.
4. Lemon juice. Mix lemon juice with honey and apply under each eye. Gently cleanse after 15 minutes with warm water.
5. Almond oil. Almond oil helps remove dark circles and actually is an excellent oil for all of your body. Gently wipe oil applied under the eye after 10 minutes.
6. Avoid sun exposure. Apply sun protection creme of SPF 30 or higher immediately after you apply your regular eye cream.
7. Drink plenty of water. Washing out impurities gives your eyes a healthy shine.
8. Take a daily multi-vitamin religiously.
9. Take a Vitamin K supplement for severe circles.
10. Get your beauty sleep. I know, there are those of you who swear all you need is 5 hours and you’re good to go for the day. But look at yourself in the mirror. Is that what your eyes and your skin condition says about you? If not, add an hour for a week straight and see what a difference it will make.
11. Vitamin C at home booster. Take 1 tbsp of Tomato juice, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and a pinch of turmeric powder. Make into a paste and apply under each eye. Gently rinse after 15 minutes.
12. Elevate your head while sleeping
13. I hate to say this last one…you may need to cut back on your chocolate indulgence
